Raspberry Wheat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Directions
1. Wheat Bran, 1 cup 2. Oats, .5 cup 3. Whole Wheat Flour, 1.50 cup 4. Brown Sugar, 9 tsp packed or 3 tbsp 5. Baking Powder, 3 tsp or 1 tbsp 6. Cinnamon , .5 tsp 7. unsweetened applesauce, 1 cup 8. Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .50 cup 9. Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 2 tbsp 10. 2% milk, 1 cup 11. vanilla, 1.5 tsp 12. Mix 2 tsp of sugar into Raspberry, fresh, 1.5 cup then add to mixture (May use sugar sub instead of sugar)
Combine ingredients 1-6 in large bowl
Add ingredients 7-11 to dry mixture then add ingredient #12
Bake at 350* for 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out cleans.
Use well greased standard muffin pan or papers, use 1/3 cup of batter for each muffin
Makes 18 muffins Serving Size: 1 muffin
