Wor wonton soup

Ingredients
Chinese, Pork Lo Mein, 4 oz lean pork, 1 servingShrimp, cooked, 16 ozChicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removedWonton wrappers (includes egg roll wrappers), 12 wrapper, wonton (3-1/2" square)*Bok Choy, raw-shreaded, 0.5 cupBroccoli, chinese, .5 cupOnions, raw, 1 small*Snow Peas, fresh, 0.5 cupMushrooms, fresh, 8 mediumGarlic, 1 tsp*Soy Sauce, 1 tbspChicken Broth, 8 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
in dutch oven, add the chicken broth heat over medeum heat. Add the green onions, bok choy, snow peas and broccoli until almost tender. add chineese barbque pork, chicken, shrimp and muxhrooms. Season with the soya sauce. heat thouroughly. do not over cook. boil water for wontons in a sauce pan. drop wontons in and reduce heat. simmer for 5 minutes. Drain Wontons. place 4 wontons in bottom of a large bowl and cover with soup. serve immediatly
