Simple Rice Cooker Rice

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup long grain brown rice. 1 cup vegetable broth1 & 1/4 cup water1 tablespoon canola oil1 dash of salt 1 dash of pepper
Place 1 cup rice into rice cooker pan.
Add 1 cup vegetable broth to rice cooker pan.
Add 1 & 1/4 cup water to rice cooker pan.
Add 1 tablespoon canola oil to rice cooker pan.
Add a dash of salt and pepper to taste.
Place the rice cooker pan in the rice cooker and turn it on. The cooker will turn itself to "warming" when the rice is complete. Fluff the rice at this time.
Serving Size: Makes 2 - 2.5 cups of cooked rice.
