Mexican Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
1.25lbs extra lean ground beef3/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green pepper1/4 cup chopped red pepper1/4 cup chopped yellow or orange pepper15oz can beef broth - fat free & low sodium1T chili powder1.5t cumin3/4t oregano1/2t salt1/2t pepper1T minced garlic2 - 14oz cans diced tomatoes2 - 15oz cans black beans, drained2% shredded cheddar cheese as topping (amt varies)
Directions
In a dutch oven, cook ground beef, onion and bell pepper til browned and crumbly. Drain well. Add broth, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, minced garlic, diced tomatoes and drained black beans. Simmer for 30 minutes, or until thick. Top servings with shredded cheddar cheese.
