Hearty Doctored Up Canned Clam Chowder

Ingredients:Campbell's Select New England Clam Chowder (2 Cans)Brummel & Brown, Original Spread (2 TBSP)Fresh Mushrooms (2 cups sliced)Onions, raw, 1/2 mediumThyme, ground, 1 tspPepper, black, 1/4 tspBaby Carrots, steamed, 1/2 cup sliced
1.) Melt 2 TBSP of butter in large stock pot.
2.) Add the two cups sliced mushrooms and saute until golden.
3.) Add 1/2 onion, baby carrots, and thyme.
4.) Saute until onions are softened.
5.) Add in both cans of Clam Chowder.
6.) Sprinkle with pepper and cook until warmed through.
Serving Size: Makes 2 Big Bowls
