DaKidz Favorite BB-Q Chicken Strips

1 Pkg. Chicken Tenders (Skinless, already Cut) any brand is fine.1 Tbs. Onion Powder (optional)1 Tbs. Black Pepper (optional)4 Tbs. Kraft Barbacue Sauce (Feel free to substiture low cal./low carb. variety for the regular)1/5 C. Brown Sugar1 Tbs. Olive Oil
Preheat Oven 400 degreese.
Use 1 Tbs. of Olive Oil and coat the bottom of your favorite baking dish.
(Dish should be large enough to hold all of the Tenders)
Rinse your Chicken Tenders in cold water and arrange in your baking dish.
Season Tenders with Onion Power and Black Pepper and Salt if desired.
Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30-40 minutes. (Until chicken is done)
Remove dish from oven and remove liquid from chicken.
Cover the Chicken with your Barbecue Sauce. (Depending on how much chicken you have, you may need to use a litte more sauce.)
Sprinkle Brown Sugar over chicken and barbecue sauce.
Return to oven uncovered for 15 minutes or until sugar has blended with the sauce.
Can't say how many servings this will make... it depends on how much chicken you use. A serving is 4oz.
There should be plenty left for lunch tomorrow! ENJOY
