Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients
3-4 ounce boneless chicken breast1/4 cup Italian bread crumbs1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese1 teaspoon dried basil1 egg1/4 teaspoon garlic powder1/4 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon thyme1 tablespoon olive oil1 tablespoon butter1/4 teaspoon oregano
Directions
1. Mix bread crumbs, cheese, basil, garlic powder, salt, oregano and thyme together in a bowl. In another bowl beat egg.

2. Flatten chicken to about 1/4 inch thickness. Dip chicken in bread crumbs then egg and then again in dry ingredients.

3. In a large skillet, add oil and butter over medium heat, brown chicken 3 minutes on each side and serve.
