Beans, black, .5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup Onions, raw, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 cloves Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz *Cooking Spray, Pam, 1 serving Grapeseed Oil, 1 1tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tbsp *Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt, 0.25 tsp
Gather all the ingredients. Heat a saute pan on medium/high and spray the pan with Pam then add the grapeseed oil. Get the oil hot then add the onions, pepper and sweet corn. Cook until translucent then add the garlic, jalapeno's, oregano, parsley,salt and pepper. Cook for 5 more minutes then add the shrimp. Put a cover on the pan and let it simmer for 5 mins on low. Serve with your favorite grain or pita bread.
