Thin & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies 100 cal per cookie

Ingredients
1 stick of butter - slightly melted1 whole egg - room temp - slightly beaten1 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract1 1/3 CUP All purpose Flour1 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp salt1/2 CUP Dark Brown Sugar1/2 CUP Granulated Sugar1 C chocolate chips (you choose - Milk, Dark, Semi-sweet, mint, peanut butter)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350.

Line cookie sheet with parchment paper

Cream together butter, eggs & vanilla until just combined.

In a separate bowl combine ALL your dry ingredients (except chips).

Combine all ingredients and then add chips.

Using a cookie scoop, place scoops of cookie dough onto a cookie sheet about 2" apart.

Cook until the edges of the cookies start to turn golden brown - approx. 10 min. DO NOT overcook or else they will be crispy rather than chewy.
