Southwest Chicken Rolls

Ingredients
1 cooked chicken breast1 cup cooked brown rice1/4 cup cilantro, chopped2 cups cooked black beansJuice of 1 lime1 scallion, chopped1 Tbs Cumin1 tsp chili powder1tsp garlic powder12 Buena Vida Whole Wheat Tortillas
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Combine first 9 ingredients in a mixing bowl and combine well. Place approximately 1/4 cup of mixture onto a tortilla, fold sides in tword eachother, then roll up. Place folded side down onto a cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Repeat with the rest of the mixture. Spray the tops of the rolls with non-stick cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
