Ingredients
19.5 oz package Jennie-O Sweet Italian Sauage1 jar Ragu Six Cheese Spaghetti Sauce1 box (14.5 oz) Barilla Plus Multigrain Penne Pasta1 (15oz) ricotta cheese, part skim milk2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded1 large egg (beaten)1/2 cup grated romano cheese
Directions
Cook Penne and put aside.

In a large pan, brown turkey sausage. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta; set aside. In a bowl, combine beaten egg, ricotta and mozzarella.

Spray a 9 x 13 pan (or 2 1/2 to 3 quart casserole) spread 1/2 of the pasta mixture into pan. Layer cheese mixture over all; top with remaining pasta mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375 for 40 minutes. Top with romano cheese; bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
