Ingredients
1 cup - Silk soy milk,chocolate light1/2 fresh banana, sliced and frozen5 - ice cubes1 scoop = 5 Tbsp. - AMP cookies & cream powder
Directions
In a blender crush the ice cubes. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
