Chocolate Flax meal Cakes

Ingredients
2 Large eggs1 tbsp olive oil1/2 tsp baking powdersalt1 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened1 packet of stevia
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, then pour into a baking tin/muffin tin and cook for roughly 16-18 minutes at 390 until a toothpick comes out clean.

    These turn out really well once you figure in the 70g needed for the Flax Meal. (according to my box of Flax Meal this was about 10TBS) - 2/10/13

    The Recipe doesn't say how much Flax meal to use...the best I can figure is using the calorie breakdown that it's 70g. I'll use the converter to figure out how much that is. - 7/14/12
