Spaghetti Veggie Casserole

Ingredients
90 Grams portabella mushrooms3 cloves garlic85 grams peppers60 grams onion1 tbsp olive oil90 grams mozza2 cups spaghetti sauce2 cups spaghetti squash (roasted)12 oz cooked pasta
Directions
Over medium heat, heat oil in a pan. Soften veggies in oil (except spaghetti squash).

Mix in your sauce, spaghetti squash and cooked pasta.

Place in a 8x11 baking dish, top with cheese and bake 10-20 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
