Ingredients
Boneless Pork Chops 1.28lbs1 can Diced Italian Tomatoes1 can Black beans1 yellow pepper chopped1 orange pepper chopped1/4 red onion2 bags instance rice1 tsp Oregano flakes1 tsp Basil flakes1 tsp chili powder1 tsp parsley flakesa dash of onion salta dash of sea salt
Directions
Cook pork till no longer pink. Add beans, tomatoes, peppers, onion & all spices together.
Cook rice as directed then add to pan mix, let cool & Serve.
