Lemon Dill Carotts and Parsnips

Ingredients
6 carrots2 parsnips (6" long)1 dash salt2 tbsp butter1 tsp1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Peel the carrots and parsnips and cut into strips (like french fries).

Boil until tender. Drain. Add butter, dill weed and lemon juice

Makes 3 servings (1/2 cup each approx)
