14 to 16 Slices of white bread toasted3/4 cup brown sugar3/4 to 1/2 cup of raisins1 whole cinnamon stick or powered (1tbsp)2 whole cloves2 stalks of greeen onions chopped1 medium apple chopped3/4 cup pecans chopped3/4 shredded chedder cheese
Bring 2qrts water to boil add sugar cinnamon, raisins, green onion, and apple to cook. Toast bread buttered on both sides. Break bread into 1 inch peices Grease a 9x13 pan with butter. Chop the pecans a rough chop is ok. Make sure that all the raisins in the pan are in there. You may leave about half out and layer in with the cheese. Layer with bread, cheese nuts and the syrup from the boiled ingredients. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350
