Bread Pudding

Ingredients
5 cups loaf italian bread (cut into one inch cubes)4 eggs1 can evaoprated milk- 2%1/2 cup sugarCinnamon to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray 1 1/2 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray. Put bread in dish. In a medium bowel, combine remaining ingredients and whisk to mix well. Pour over bread. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes or until set.
Makes 6 1-cup servings
