Corn Bread Gluten Free

Ingredients

1 cup buckwheat four1 cup cornmeal1/4 cup organic sugar1 tbsp baking powder1 tsp salt3 tsp ener-g egg replacer (equiv to 2 eggs)1/4 cup olive oil1 cup unsweetened almond milk 4 tbsp water
Preheat oven to 400f
Combine first 6 ingredients, in a large mixing bowl, then slowly add the oil and milk, beat for 2 mins, pour into a greased loaf pan.
Bake in preheated oven for between 25 - 30mins, check with toothpic, if it comes out clean it is done.
Serve warm with vegetarian chilli
