Haddock baked with roasted peppers & feta

Ingredients
1/2 tsp paprika1 garlic clove, chopped75g cornbread, chopped into rough crumbs2 tbs flat-leaf parsley, chopped100g roasted peppers from a jar, drained and chopped40g feta cheese , crumbled 4 fillets of haddock
Directions
Heat the oven to 200C. Rub the fish with a tiny bit of the oil and paprika, and season. Mix 1 tbsp of olive oil with the garlic, breadcrumbs, parsley and some seasoning. Put the fish in a baking dish and divide the peppers, breadcrumbs and feta over each fillet.
Bake the fish for 15 minutes.
