Dinner Buns Gluten Free

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup very warm water1 tsp organic sugar1 tbsp Quick-Rise yeast3 cups Bob Red Mill gluten free all purpose floyr1 tbsp xanthan gum1/2 tsp sea salt1/2 tsp baking powder3 tbsp organic sugar3 egg whites4 tbsp olive oil
Warm the water until very warm, add the 1tsp sugar and 1 tbsp yeast, let sit for 5 minutes.
In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients
In a mixer bowl, add the oil, egg whites and 3 tbsp sugar, blend, then add the yeast mixture, beat for 30 secs to incoporate air, slowly add the flour mixture, beating for 2-3 minutes.
Oil jumbo muffin pan or ramekins, spoon the dough into the pans,there should be 10 buns in total. Cover, set aside in a warm place, let rise until doubled in size or close too.
Preheat oven to 350f. Bake dinner buns in hot oven for 20 mins or until light brown.
Tip out of pans and let cool.
Freezes well!!
