Summer Squash & Zucchini Saute

Ingredients
2 c Summer Squash2 c Zucchini1/2 c Sweet Peppers2 cloves garlic3 tbsp Olive OilParmesean Cheese to tasteSalt to tastePepper to taste
Directions
Heat oil & garlic in a pan
add squash, zucchini, and peppers to the pan
You really just want to coat the veggies and cook for a few minutes
add salt, pepper, and parmesean
Don't cook too long or they will get soggy.
