Cocoa Bars

Ingredients
Bars:1/4 cup reduced calorie margarine1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup splenda1 tsp vanilla2 eggs1/4 cup skim milk1 cup flour2 tbsp cocoa1/4 tsp saltFrosting:1 1/2 tbsp cocoa1 tbsp skim milk1/4 tsp vanilla1 1/2 tsp reduced calorie margarine2/3 cup powdered sugar
Directions
Cream together margarine, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Stir in milk. Add dry ingredients and stir till mixed. Spray a 9x9 pan and spread in batter. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or till done. Immediately spread bars with frosting.

Cocoa Frosting: With spoon blend cocoa, milk, vanilla, margarine and powdered sugar.

Cool cake and cut into bars.
