Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
1 2.5 oz package of Fresh Basil1/8 (1/4 cup) sweet onion1/4 cup olive oil1/4 cup Parmesan cheesegarlic and salt to taste8 oz dry whole wheat pasta (like Barilla)
Directions
Cook Pasta and drain

In food processor combine remaining ingredients and blend

Heat and toss over pasta

*note each serving is about 2 cups pasta. Pasta can be reduced to half for a lower carb lower calorie version
