Crock Pot Pork Roast and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
1.5 lbs pork roast 1 (27 ounce) can sauerkraut , rinsed and drained 1 (1 ¼ ounce) package dry onion soup mix 2 cups water ½ cup brown sugar
Directions
Place pork roast in crock pot.
Pour sauerkraut over pork roast.
Sprinkle the onion soup mix and brown sugar over the pork and sauerkraut.
Pour the water over everything.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.

Serve over mashed potatoes.
