Sweet Potato Soup

Ingredients
Olive oillarge onion3-4 stacks of celery1 pound of baby carrots2 large sweet potatoes1 tea cayenne pepper5 teaspoons of parmesan
Directions
Heat olive oil in skilette, add 1 large onion thinly sliced, and celery thinly sliced to the skillete, let it cook until both ate tender and brown.
Add 4 cups of water to the onions and celery and mix until water has picked up all the flavor from the pan, let simmer a few minutes.
peel and dice the carrots, potato, and the sweet potato and put in crock pot add and stir in the onions and celery.
Put in large Crock Pot on high for 3 hours.

Serving Size: Mkes 5 1.5 cup servings!
