Veggie-Quinoa-Chickpea Soup

Ingredients
1 green bell pepper1 red bell pepper1 jalapeno pepper2 medium tomatoes15 cloves garlic1/4 large onion3 stalks of celery5 fresh mushrooms1 can Diced tomatoes and green chilies (15 oz)1 can garbanzo beans, drained (15 oz)3 tbsp dried quinoa8 stalks of tarragon (fresh)1/4 tsp seasoned salt1/4 tsp sage2tsp italian seasoning3 c. water
Directions
Chop vegetables to desired size and put in pan on the stove. Add seasonings and water. Cook on medium-low heat until thoroughly cooked (I like to let it simmer for a couple of hours to really meld the flavors).
