1 1/2 pound very lean ground meat (I use ground sirloin or 7% fat ground beef)2 cans tomato sauce1 tablespoon onion powder1 tablespoon garlic powder2 tablespoons chili powder
brown meat with the seasonings mixed in during browning time. (about 10 minutes of time or less).
Add tomato sauce, stir, cover, and reduce heat to simmer.
Simmer for at least 30 minutes to let flavors blend
