Dwight's Rice/Tomato bake

Ingredients
14 oz. can Mexican Style Tomatoes or Salsa14 oz. can regular diced tomatoes1 cup chopped onions1 cup chopped celery3/4 cup chopped green pepper2/3 cup raw rice (not instant)1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions
Mix all together and put in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.
