Easy Chicken Gumbo

1 - 32oz box of Swanson chicken Broth1 - regular can of Tomato Sauce1 lb Boneless, Skinless chicken breast cooked1 to 1.5 cups cooked rice (leftovers)2 cups frozen cut okra2 cups chopped celery1 jalepeno cut in large pieces (flavor)Salt and pepper to taste
I typically make this the day after we have rice for dinner and use the left over rice.
Cook whole pieces of chicken in a skillet. Once chicken is thoroughly cooked, cut it into small pieces.
Place all ingredients into a slow cooker and set on high.
I usually cut the jalepeno into large pieces so that I can remove them before serving.
Makes about 6 1.5-2 cup servings.
