Quick Chicken Parmesan Bake

2tbsp light olive oil2 garlic clovescrushed red peppers (dry)3lbs of boneless skinless chicken cut into strips2cups marinara sauce1cup shredded mozzarella cheese1/2cup grated parmesan cheese1-5oz bag of croutons (I used fat free croutons in this recipe)
Pour the olive oil in the bottom of your casserole dish.
Add crushed garlic cloves to the casserole dish and spread the oil and garlic evenly across bottom of dish, sprinkle crushed red peppers for taste.
Place chicken strips in a single layer in the casserole dish.
Cover chicken with marinara sauce.
Sprinkle half of each cheese on top of the marinara sauce evenly, then pour the entire bag of crouton evenly over the cheese and add remaining cheeses to top of the croutons.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
