Whole Wheat Vegan oil-free bread

3 3/4 cup flour3/4 cup dried oatmeal/oats2 tsp salt1 Tbsp YEAST5 dried figs (Trader Joes)1/3 cup Cranberries dried (Trader Joes)1 Apples fresh (peeled & diced)1 Banana (cut into pieces)2/3 cup water
Warm the water and almond milk in the microwave to just above luke-warm. Add the yeast. let sit.
In a blender, blend figs, banana, peeled diced apple, cranberries, almond milk/water/yeast mixture, salt.
Add to bread machine with all remaining ingredients. If it is too wet, add a dab of flour until just right.
Let your bread machine do the rest!
Enjoy!
Serving Size: Makes a round loaf. Cut into ten slices and then each in half. Makes 20 servings.
