Celery Poppers2 fairly large chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (about 12 oz) - Broiled or Boiled1 Tb. Casyenne Pepper2 Tb. Onion - minced2 Cloves of Fresh Garlic - minced2 Tb. Fresh Chives - chopped 1 Lg. Fresh Jalapeno - chopped1 Sm. Jar of Pimentos8 oz. Plain Greek Fat Free Yogurt12 - 4 inch stalks of CeleryCombine in the food processer the cooked Chicken Breasts with all other ingredients. Process until you have a course texture. Fill the Celery Stalks with the Chicken Mixture. Chill until ready to serve. Enjoy!
Broil or bake the chicken breast. Cut up and place in food processer. Add all other ingredience and process until coursely blended.
Fill each celery stalk with the mixture and chill until time to serve.
