Mixed vegetable crispy salad

Ingredients
Use a Red onion.
Directions
Shred the lettuce and cabbage, shred/grate the carrots, slice the onion in to small pieces. Add to a large bowl. Toss to combine. Seed an cut the tomato and toss into the salad. Add the spouts and musrhrooms on top of the salad and combine at service.

Mix at the table just before serving. Add your favorite dressing to the mix or let your guests add theirs on their own plate.

Enjoy.
