Easy Weeknight Chicken Stew

Ingredients
3 chicken breasts, no skin, no bones1 c of vegetable stock1 can of Del Monte Tomatoes w/Basil, Garlic, Oregano1 can of Bush's Cannellini Beans1 Tbsp minced garlic1 tsp ground cumin1 Tbsp chili powder1 tsp groung pepper
Directions
In small stock pan place whole chicken breasts, stock, diced tomatoes, garlic, cumin, chili powder and pepper. Bring to a rolling boil. Stir then cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Remove chicken and shred or dice into bite-size pieces. Return to pan. Drain and rinse beans. Add beans the last 15 minutes of cooking. Increase temp to bring to small boil. Serve in small soup or stew bowls.
