Greek Chickpea Lunch Salad

Ingredients
Chickpeas 16 oz canFeta Cheese, 1.5 oz or about 1/4 cup10 Calamata Olives, Pitted and halved Red Ripe Tomatoes, 10 cherry Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, .5 cup, finely chopped English Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup finely choppedRed Onions, raw, .25 cup, finely chopped Dressing:Lemon Juice, 2 Tbsp Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tspOregano, ground, 1 tsp
Directions
Put all non-liquid ingredients in a bowl. In small, separate bowl, blend together all liquids and oregano. Drizzle over and stir well.

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of about 2 cups.
