Chicken Carrot Casserole

Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite size pieces3 medium carrots, sliced into bite size pieces3 medium potatoes, cut into bite size pieces1 tbsp minced onion1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup2/3 cup water1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp poultry seasoning1/4 tsp cumin
Directions
Place chicken in the bottom of a greased 9x13 baking dish. Put potatoes, carrots, onions on top.
Mix soup, water, salt and pepper and spices and pour over top of all.
Cover and bake at 350 for 60-75 min, or until potatoes and carrots are tender.

    The whole family liked this. I put all the ingredients together, leaving out the cumin but adding the same amount of curry and 1 tsp Rosemary. Then I put it in the crock pot on low and it was ready in 7 hours. I served it over a little rice. Very nice. Thank you. - 8/31/11
