Ingredients
1 Multi Grain Tortillas 6"1 Tbs. Fresh Salsa2 Tbs. low fat shredded cheddar of colby cheese1 large egg
Directions
1. Top the tortilla with salsa and cheese. Heat in the microwave until the cheese is melted, about 30 seconds.

2. Coat a small nonstick skillet with EVOO spray. Heat over medium heat, add egg and cook, stirring until the eggs are cooked through about 2-3 minutes.

3. Place the scrambled egg between the tortilla and enjoy!

Serving Size:  makes 1-6" Tortilla
