*Tennessee Pride Country Sausage, 2.5 oz (remove) *Pepperoni, Hormel Turkey Pepperoni Minis = 1 oz, 1.5 oz (remove) *Green Bell Pepper, 1 Whole Pepper, .33 serving (remove) *Zucchini, Fresh, Small, 1 serving (remove) *Squash, Yellow fresh unpeeled 3/4 cup or 85.0g, 0.75 cup (remove) *Canned mushrooms (2 oz - 1/2 can), 4 oz (remove) *onion, fresh finely chopped, .5 cup (remove) Egg, fresh, 5 large (remove) *Kroger Sharp Cheddar Cheese 1 oz., 2 serving (remove) *Olive Oil: Kroger, Pure Olive Oil, 1tbsp/serving, .5 serving (remove) *Butter, Land o Lakes Light Butter with Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
brown sausage set to side, chop veggies to your liking, heat oil and butter in skillet on medium and saute veggies until soft. add sausage and pepperoni and heat thoroughly. Wisk together the eggs and milk, season to taste with salt and pepper and add to veggie mixture. Stir until eggs are cooked - remove from heat. sprinkle with crumbled cheese, mix and let set for 2-3 minutes, stir and serve.
