2 medium zucchinis, cut up into chunks1/3 cup tahini1/2 cup lemon juice (fresh squeezed)2 T olive oil2-3 garlic cloves1/2 T ground cumin2 T nutritional yeast (optional)
Put it all into a food processor or blender and pulse until smooth. Dip celery, red peppers or any veggies into it, or use as a sauce over chicken or pasta.
