Breaded Pork Cutlets

Ingredients
Hormel Always Tender Boneless Pork Loin, Fresh Pork, 16 oz *Flour, white, .5 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 1%, 1.5 fl oz *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1.5 tsp Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, 1 cup SaltPepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Combine flour, salt, pepper on plate
beat egg with milk and mustard in bowl
place bread crumbs on plate

Pound out pork shop to 1/4 inch, dip in flour mixture, then egg mixture, then bread crumbs

Place on baking sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray
Bake on one side for 8 minutes, bake on the other side for another 8 minutes (or until done)
