Almond Crusted Turkey Patties

Ingredients
1lb lean ground turkey1/4 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs1/8 tsp salt1/4 tsp pepper2 chopped green onions, including tops2 egg whites1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley or 1/2 Tbsp dried1 Tbsp chopped fresh basil or 1/2 Tbsp dried3/4 cup finely chopped almonds
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Stir together turkey, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, onions, egg whites, and fresh herbs. Shape into 5 paties and coat both sides with almonds. Place patties on a rack in a broiler pan and back about 30 minutes until no longer pink in center.
