Raspberry glazed cornish game hen

Ingredients
Chicken, cornish hens, 4 bird whole (remove)Granny smith apple - 1 med. apple, 1 serving (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Salt - Iodized Sea Salt, 1 tsp (remove)*black pepper, coarse or cracked or ground, .5 tsp (remove)Raisins (Sun*maid), 0.25 cup (remove)*Smuckers Raspberry Jam, 4 tbsp (remove)*Red Cooking Wine, Holland House, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
rinse inside of birds with cold water, brush olive oil on the out side of the bird. Qtr and slice the apple, stuff into the cavity and add 1/4 the raisins to each bird. Salt and pepper the outside. While the birds are cooking, heat the jam on the stove and add the wine, after approximately an hour, baste the birds with the glaze.
