Easy Chicken with Veggies and Stuffing Skillet

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter, divided6 small chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (1 1/2 lbs) cut into bite size pieces1 1/3 cups water1 pkg (10oz) frozen mixed vegetables- thawed1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
Directions
1. Melt 2 TBS of butter in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover. Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.

2. Add water, vegetables and remaining 2 TBS butter to skillet; bring to boil.

3. Stir in stuffing mix just until moistened. Top with chicken; cover. Reduce heat to low; cook 5 minutes or until heated through
