Tofu Chocolate Pudding

(1) 6oz package of Jell-O Chocolate Fudge Sugar Free/Fat Free pudding mix(1) 16oz package of Nasoya Silken Tofu
Drain the tofu and put in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process for at least 3 minutes until very smooth. Scrape sides as necessary.
Add the pudding mix and process for another 3-5 minutes to ensure that the pudding mix is well blended and dissolved throughout the tofu.
Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight is even better. This pudding will become better the longer it sits as tofu needs time to absorb the flavor given to it.
Serving Size: Makes (4) 4oz servings
