Honey Bourbon Crock Pot Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breastsalt and pepper1/2 cup chopped onions1 cup Honey1/2 cup Soy Sauce (you can use low sodium also)1/2 cup catsup2 tbsp Canola Oil2 cloves of garlic, minced1/4 tsp red pepper flakesSesame seedsHot rice
Directions
1. Salt and pepper chicken and place in your slow cooker.
2. Place onion on top of chicken.
3. In a medium sized bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Pour mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
4. Cook on low for 3-4 hours
5. Remove chicken from crock pot and slice into strips.
6. Place the chicken back in the sauce and stir around to recoat the chicken in the sauce.
7. Serve over cooked rice and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top (optional).
