I made mine in a crock pot, using boiling water from my kettle to start, and leaving it all night and the next day for 11 hours. Cooled and put it in 8 oz. containers. The website listed has more information about the health benefits. I will add MAGGI for more flavour. Thanks! - 7/2/20

I made mine these last two days. I did add onion and carrots (that ate when it was done). Oh man, this is so good! Thanks for sharing! - 8/12/16

I've been using a similar recipe for some time. I make it without salt or garlic and it is still delicious. Also, I first roast the bones by turning them on end, splashing a small amount of organic apple cider vinegar on the ends (helps to draw out the marrow) and roasting them at 325 F for 1 hour. - 1/15/15

I use this for my breakfast many mornings. I add a bit more vinegar, 4-5 tbsp. Seems to help with making the broth gel up, and leeches more minerals from the bones. - 6/14/13

This is so good! It's great alone and it's great to add to soup, pot roast, anything with beef that you want to flavor. Thanks! - 5/22/12
