4 WeightWatchers Belgian Chocolate slices100g low fat soft cheese100g condensed milk or Carnation carameljuice of a large lime
1. Line a 20x9cm loaf tin with cling film. Let the cling film overhang the sides of the tin.
2. Line up the brownies on the centre of the base of the tin.
3. Whisk the lime juice, cream cheese and condensed milk together until combined and thick and creamy.
4. Spoon the cheese mix over the brownies and level the top.
5. Cover with cling film and chill overnight or for 8 hours.
6. When chilled, remove the cling film and cut into 8 pieces.
7. Serve with fresh fruit.
