Quick & Easy pork chops

Ingredients
6 thin sliced port chops (2 is a serving)1 can cream of mushroom w/garlic soup1/2 cup nonfat milk1/3 cup mushrooms (sliced or chunks)3 rings medium raw onion1 clove garlic 1 T EVOO
Directions
Put 1 T EVOO in large frying pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and onion and cook until onion softens. Add 6 thin pork chops and cook until brown on each side (5 mins). Add soup and milk, cover and simmer 5-10 mins.

Serve over rice (not included in recipe)
