Honey Oat Bran Muffins

Ingredients
1 Cup unbleached white flour1/4 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking soda1 Cup raw, unprocessed bran1 Cup Buttermilk1 large egg1/3 Cup honey3 Tbs. butter1/3 Cup raisins
Directions
Butter 12 muffin cups.
Preheat oven to 350F (180C)

Melt honey and butter together.
Sift flour, salt & baking soda into a bowl.
Stir in the bran. Make a well in the center.
Beat together liquid ingredients.
Pour into the well.
Add raisins and stir. Just enough to combine.
Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 -30 minutes.
